This week, SLHA and Justine Petersen kicked off the first session of the three-part ROSS University School of Financial Literacy course as part of the "Financial Tools Tuesdays" series. Participants explored budgeting basics to build a stronger financial foundation. ROSS University was created to support the St. Louis Housing Authority’s mission to connect public housing residents with services and programs that foster self-sufficiency. The university’s "schools" focus on essential areas like education, employment, digital inclusion, financial literacy, and health and wellness.
