After Thursday's bell, Salem Public Schools leadership broke into circles, worked on systems to improve coaching and feedback, and discussed strategies to monitor and remain focused on our school and district improvement plans for 2024-25. While there are significant gains all around -- including Salem High School and Horace Mann Laboratory School earning 'Schools of Distinction' honors -- we are not resting on our laurels.
