Meet Ronnie Manns, Committed to Quality and Community Ronnie Manns has been a vital part of our team for nearly seven years. Known for his expertise and versatility, he manages the sandblast, laser, and labor processes at our Elberton Warehouse. His commitment to quality control ensures that every memorial is perfected before it leaves the warehouse. 🚚 “The number one thing is to make sure it’s done right the first time,” Ronnie says, reflecting his dedication to excellence. 🏆 ⭐Ronnie is quick to highlight the family-oriented environment at Salem Stones as a key reason he loves working here. “We always try to help each other work things out,” he says. For Ronnie, the supportive atmosphere among employees and the care shown by leadership make Salem Stones feel like more than just a workplace. Whether helping train new hires, solving complex production challenges, or simply enjoying company traditions like Christmas dinners and team lunches, Ronnie appreciates the positive culture surrounding him daily. 🌞 Beyond his work, Ronnie’s passion for barbecue takes center stage. When he’s not perfecting memorial projects, he’s operating his barbecue food truck, Bigfoot BBQ. Ronnie’s commitment to authentic cooking sets him apart in the local festival scene. “Every time I go to a festival, I’m the only one that spends all night cooking the food,” he shares. He slow-cooks his meat over hickory and oak wood on a 250-gallon smoker, applying the same precision and care he brings to his work at Salem Stones. 🔥 But Ronnie’s life isn’t all about work and barbecue—he’s a proud grandfather to a six-month-old granddaughter, who has been the highlight of his year. Recently, he enjoyed a family trip to Myrtle Beach, where three generations gathered for a week of quality time. 🏖️ “Me and my mom and dad, my brothers, my wife, my daughter, and grandbaby—we all went,” Ronnie says, underscoring the importance of family. 👨👩👧👦 With a strong focus on family, craftsmanship, and quality, Ronnie Manns continues to make an impact both on and off the job, living out the values that define Salem Stones and his own life. 💪🔥
