At our last ResourceExchange Salesforce Moms Community member and data cleanup specialist Allison Roscoe shared her love of Conditional Formatting to identify and evaluate duplicates! In Excel: Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cell Rules > Duplicate Values In Google Sheets: Formatting > Conditional Formatting > Format cells if "Custom Formula is" > =COUNTIF (A:A, A1)>1 In the example below - we've got a mess of registrations under the same email address for this year's Bunny Hop, so we concatenate the fields together to use conditional formatting to identify the duplicates that have both the same Email Address and same Registration Id!
