Amidst the chaos, there are positives to propel us forward. 🌞
“The glass is half full.” 🥛 Despite the chaos, mayhem and pandemonium permeating our world and seeping into our industry, there are still many positives to move us forward. This was evident during the Council of Producers & Distributors of Agrotechnology (CPDA) Annual Meeting last week in San Diego, and it was front-and-center in the meeting theme of “Collaboration is the New Currency.” Here are a few of the positives we took away from the many sessions and conversations: 1️⃣ Adjuvants have been included as a mitigation option in the EPA’s herbicide strategy, thanks in part to the efforts of CPDA and other partners. 2️⃣ As we continue to navigate the age of digital transformation, we’ve never had as much data as we do today. This data collection is what drives efficiency and innovation across the industry and on the farm. 3️⃣ The range of technology – from machinery to crop protection products to soil enhancements to artificial intelligence – is astounding. 4️⃣ Although times seem strange and chaotic, this isn’t new territory. The agricultural industry has a history of not giving up, finding a way, and pressing forward. #cpda #cpda2024AM #agriculture #advocate
