Toyota Motor Corp. will foot the bill to replace the engines in nearly 100,000 San Antonio-made Tundra pickup trucks that were recalled earlier this year, the Japanese auto giant said. The safety recall is related to engine issues that in some cases could increase the risk of a crash. When it was announced May 30, Toyota said it was developing a solution. This week, Toyota said it found one. “For all involved vehicles, Toyota and Lexus dealers will replace the engine with a new one at no cost to customers,” it said. https://bit.ly/4dilCAH

All the restaurant's locations — that's six in the Rio Grande Valley and one in San Antonio — were open for business Thursday after FBI raids Wednesday. Owned by McAllen-based Delgar Foods, “the best tamale maker in Texas” has been battling a wage-theft lawsuit filed last August by former employees. The suit was amended in November after being moved to federal court. https://bit.ly/3LDx8uz
