    The San Diego Union-Tribune Earns 5 Emmy Nominations SAN DIEGO, CA. – The San Diego Union-Tribune has been nominated for five 2024 Emmy awards by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) Pacific Southwest Chapter, the company announced today. The Union-Tribune’s nominations are in the categories of Business/Consumer – News, Education/Schools – News, Historical/Cultural – News, Documentary and Public Affairs Program. “These nominations are a testament to the versatility, creativity and deep commitment of our staff to telling the stories of our region and the people who call it home,” said Lora Cicalo, senior editor at the Union-Tribune.
