Founded in 2014 by owner Kayla Stra with the goal to make yoga accessible to everyone and provide a safe space for growth. We're a small, boutique style yoga studio located in Arcadia, CA. We specialize in meditation, vinyasa, hatha, and restorative style hot yoga. Our mission is to bring love and support to our local yoga community, while spreading awareness about health and wellbeing as a lifestyle through a dedicated practice. Our facilities embody our goal by offering serene ambiance, peaceful and uplifting scents and complimentary steam room.
