With a proven track record at Molina Healthcare and extensive expertise in healthcare technology, AI solutions, HITRUST certification, and QNXT systems, Manish brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for driving operational excellence. His leadership and focus on fostering collaborative, high-performing teams will be pivotal in advancing our technology strategy to better serve our members and community. Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) is a local, community-based health plan dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the residents of Santa Clara County. SCFHP's mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive healthcare coverage for those who do not have access to, or are not able to purchase, good healthcare at an affordable price. Working in partnership with providers and community organizations, we serve our neighbors through our Medi-Cal and Cal MediConnect (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) health insurance plans. Since 1997, SCFHP has partnered with providers to deliver high-quality healthcare to our members. Through dedication to integrity, outstanding service, and care for our community, we work to ensure that everyone in our county can receive the care they need for themselves and for their families. This partnership helps break down barriers to healthcare access, offering personalized support through one-on-one visits with healthcare professionals, all while prioritizing preventive care. Recently, we hosted a successful pop-up event at our Blanca Alvarado Community Resource Center, where 45 member visits were completed in one day, showcasing the power of personalized care in a community setting. In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s enduring legacy, Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) was proud to support the African American Community Services Agency's 45th Annual MLK Luncheon. Dr. Ria Paul MD, Chief Medical Officer, Teresa Chapman, Chief People Officer, and Pamela Lowe, Director of Vendor Management, represented SCFHP at the event on January 20 at San Jose State University's Student Union Ballroom.
