Fraudsters exploit gaps in security, making it essential to understand current trends in the industry and to help your company stay up to date on necessary changes. At SBCo, we’re taking action. Account Manager Julee Schmaus, as Co-Chair of the Fraud and Abuse Mitigation Task Force for the Retail Gift Card Association, leads our efforts to combat gift card #fraud. She also is part of the Scams Against Older Adults Advisory Group through the Federal Trade Commission. She is working with the Technology and New Methods Committee to develop best practices for the gift card industry to fight fraud impacting older adults.🛡️
