  • At SBM, being "Powered by Purpose" means more than delivering the cleanest, safest, and smartest workplaces; it’s also about uniting for causes that matter. This October, our teams are wearing pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and sharing the personal stories that inspire us to take action. Each of us has different reasons for supporting this vital cause—whether it’s celebrating a survivor, standing with those currently fighting, or remembering those we’ve lost. Despite our unique stories, we share a common goal: a future free from breast cancer. Our commitment drives us to support community and fundraising initiatives alongside our clients, working toward a cure and standing with those affected by breast cancer, including members of our own team. At SBM, our purpose fuels everything we do—both in the workplace and beyond. #BreastCancerAwareness #WearPink #FindACure
