For the past six years, Ranina Outing has been a driving force in strengthening family engagement across South Carolina schools. As a Family Engagement Liaison and Project Lead, Ranina partners with school-based stakeholder teams to connect schools, families, and communities meaningfully. Among her many accomplishments, Ranina helped launch Community Family Resource Centers (CFRCs) and set up book vending machine locations, creating invaluable resources to support literacy and family access to learning tools—an active advocate for education and human welfare. Ranina’s determination to grow her expertise in school, community, and worksite settings underscores her commitment to empowering families and enhancing student success statewide.
