As you know our Gulf Coast friends have been devastated by Hurricane Helene, and many have lost everything. To help, we've created an Amazon wish list of essential items urgently needed in the Steinhatchee & surrounding communities. We update this list regularly. We've cleared out a Conex container that is being filled with supplies and will be delivered directly to those in need. It will stay for 2-3 months to store materials and donations during the rebuilding process. We will be refilling this Conex with donated goods so keep giving!! If you or anyone you know would like to help, please visit the Amazon link below to purchase items for the relief efforts. Every donation makes a difference. Thank you for your generosity! https://lnkd.in/eZbpkMwF Thank you Turner Ace Hardware for your Chainsaw Package Donation and to The Church of Eleven22™/Hope's Closet for the towels and bed linens!!!

Last month, we proudly joined the Alachua community to celebrate San Felasco Tech City's 5-year anniversary and the exciting groundbreaking of their next phase of development. It was a fantastic event, with a great turnout! Developer Mitch Glaeser shared some big news, announcing the arrival of two new companies, Siemens and KweHealth, LLC to Tech City. These two additions will join the 60+ businesses already thriving in this fully sustainable, solar-powered community. The diversity of industries, innovation, and growing buzz around Tech City is truly impressive. We're honored to be the contractor of choice for this incredible development and look forward to seeing what the future holds! Our beloved Gulf Coast has been devastated by Hurricane Helene, and many of our coastal friends have lost everything. To help them through these challenging times, we’ve created an Amazon wish list of essential items that are urgently needed in the Steinhatchee community. We’ve cleared out a Conex container that we’ll fill with supplies and deliver directly to those in need. The container will stay in the area for 2-3 months to provide storage for materials and donations as the rebuilding process begins. The road to recovery will be long, but together, we can make a real difference. If you, your business, or anyone you know would like to help, please visit the link to purchase items that will go directly to the relief efforts. Every donation counts and will make a tangible impact in helping our neighbors rebuild their lives. We are deeply grateful for the support of our industry partners and friends. If you have any questions or want to get involved in other ways, don’t hesitate to reach out. Let’s unite and do our part to help restore our community. Thank you for your generosity! #hurricane #jacksonville #gainesville #donate #giveback #community #letsunite #spreadtheword https://lnkd.in/e3n-fAdh

Exciting progress is underway at the Tower Hill HQ compound in Alachua! Stairwells are going up, the site is cleared, the roadway is taking shape, and there’s plenty of dirt moving. Over the next few months, this area will be completely transformed. Stay tuned and check back for more updates on our progress! #ConstructionManagement #Alachua #Headquarters

What an incredible turnout yesterday at the grand opening and ribbon cutting of CAMPUS USA Credit Union’s 39th Avenue Gainesville location! We’re beyond grateful for the opportunity to have built such a beautiful space for our community. It was amazing to see so many enthusiastic credit union members and community supporters come together to celebrate. A special moment was when Steve Spurrier himself gave the grand announcement and helped hold the ribbon for the official cutting! This new location is perfectly situated, and we’re excited for all the great things ahead for Campus USA and our community. #Community #FinancialInstitution #Ribboncutting Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce Scherer Construction
