Effective immediately, the following directors have been promoted to Vice President positions: Erik Poulsen, Vice President of Operations With over 20 years of experience in operations management, has consistently demonstrated excellence in optimizing processes and enhancing productivity. As Director of Operations, Erik played a pivotal role in streamlining workflows and implementing innovative solutions. In his new role as Vice President of Operations, Erik will continue to drive operational efficiency and excellence across the organization. Tony Testolin, Vice President of Finance Tony has been a key figure in the financial management of Schmid Tool and Engineering, providing strategic financial oversight and guidance. He has successfully managed the company's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring fiscal stability and growth. Tony's promotion to Vice President of Finance reflects his exceptional financial acumen and leadership. Stephan Kim, Vice President of Information Technologies As Director of Information Technologies, Stephan has led the charge in advancing the company’s IT infrastructure and capabilities. He has implemented cutting-edge technologies and cybersecurity measures, enhancing the company's technological edge. In his new role as Vice President of Information Technologies, Stephan will continue to oversee the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions to support the company's growth. Fritz Marston, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Fritz has been an integral part of Schmid Tool and Engineering for the past 6 years, leading the Sales and Marketing team with exceptional vision and strategic insight. Under his leadership, the company has seen significant market growth and brand recognition. Fritz's promotion to Vice President of Sales and Marketing is a testament to his dedication and outstanding contributions to the company's success.
