Schnitzer Properties knows how to celebrate Halloween! The team at our home office in Portland, Ore., celebrated with our annual Halloween party and costume contest. Winners included Graphic Designer Julie Roberts as Maleficent, SVP of Retail Jay Fetherston as Beetlejuice, and Security Guard Peter Bahena as Paul Blart: Mall Cop. The development team won the group prize for their clever play on “Fifty Shades of Grey,” celebrating longtime Development Coordinator and Executive Assistant Erica Gray. Everyone dressed up as a different “Erica Gray” based on pictures of her.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another spooktacular Halloween at Gresham Station event hosted by Schnitzer Properties! We loved seeing everyone dressed in their Halloween best! It was a day full of fun, from trick-or-treating at our fantastic retailers to meeting adorable alpacas, crafting, and capturing those perfect photo ops.

An inspiring afternoon at the Sun Corridor Inc. Annual Luncheon! Last week's event celebrated visionary leaders driving Southern Arizona's economic growth. Among the incredible speakers was Jordan Schnitzer, President and CEO of Schnitzer Properties, and keynote speaker, former Mexican Ambassador Geronimo Gutierrez Fernandez, who emphasized the importance of U.S.-Mexico collaboration.
