As with many schools, South Bronx Early College Academy's enrollment took a hit with the onset of the pandemic. With all in-person events halted, families moving out of the area, and new middle schools emerging in the area, their traditional recruitment efforts alone weren't enough to hit their target enrollment numbers. So here's what we did: 👉 Optimized their Schola profile to match with searching families 👉 Launched digital ads that engaged their target audience 👉 Had our Schola Parent Outreach team communicate with families in Spanish so they could complete their application and enrollment forms 👉 Strategized with their team to come up with creative ways to reach new families Check out the full case study below to read how we helped SBECA turn around their declining enrollment and receive over 66 applications in just 11 months the peak of the pandemic.
