School of Law,LPU takes pride in inking an MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) with EquaLaw, a premier and an innovative Virtual Dispute Resolution Centre that affords people access to easy and quick redressal of their complaints. Under the aegis of the MOU and with a vision to equip the students and faculties alike in the craft of Mediation, we recently completed a Short Term Course on "Mastering the Craft of Mediation through Effective Mediation Techniques". We express thanks and gratitude to the trainers,Rajan Prajapati(CEO,EquaLaw) and Christina Arzumanova(International Mediator & Lawyer). Successful participants were given certification approved by IMI(International Mediation Institute based in The Hague,The Netherlands).

The ADR Society of the School of Law organized the 🎯 “Resolve and Guide: Intra-ADR Competition” on October 22-23, 2024. This first-ever intra-ADR event featured segments like 🗣️ Client Counselling and 🤝 Mediation. With 41 teams and 102 participants, the competition was a platform for students to sharpen their skills in communication, counselling, and conflict resolution 🧑⚖️⚖️. The event was a huge success 🎉, setting the stage for future ADR activities within the law school.
