We’re proud to have served the Fort Worth Zoo by designing Mountains & Desert in Texas Wild! This state-of-the-art, reimagined building is home to more than 30 native Texas reptiles and amphibians (including 14 new species!), as well as an interactive trading program for children, Texas Nature Traders.    The all-new Mountains & Desert allows the Zoo to continue their mission of inspiring future generations to care for wild things, even those right in our own backyard!   Special thanks to the other design team members Baird, Hampton & Brown, Dunaway, & Frank W. We were tasked with providing a parking/office facility in downtown Longview that seamlessly blends into the urban landscape with a 'building feel' rather than a 'parking garage presence'. Proud to say that Schwarz Hanson has met the County's goals, crafting a structure that harmonizes with the mid-century and art deco vibes of the area. We look forward to the completion of the 4-story structure around this time next year!

Characterized by its striking yellow accents and sleek, modern entryway, Vibe Car Wash is setting itself apart as a trendsetter in the industry. Grand Opening on 4/18.

We do work in nearly every commercial sector, but some projects come along that are especially meaningful to design. We were honored by Mayor Mattie Parker's words at yesterday's grand opening event for Union Gospel Mission's Community Outreach Center. The center will help elevate unemployed and underemployed residents from poverty to economic mobility by providing them with the job training and life skills necessary to attain livable-wage employment. A little bit about design.

Private residences tend to be some of the most personal projects we do. The success of the project relies heavily on knowing the lives of the people you're designing around which can include their stage of life, daily routines, family size, style preferences, current challenges, and future hopes.
