Innovation Endeavors led this A-1 series, with other investors SE Ventures and Nuveen, a TIAA company joining Series A investors - Galvanize Climate Solutions, General Catalyst, and Congruent Ventures - to scale breakthrough advancements in physical climate risk modeling. This round of funding is set to advance two ambitious initiatives with the aim of democratizing access to our first-of-its-kind correlated risk model. There are always special days at First Street but today is a big one. I'm pleased to announce the close of our $46 million Series A to scale our breakthrough advancements in physical climate risk modeling. This Series A-1 led by Innovation Endeavors with other investors SE Ventures and Nuveen, a TIAA company compliments our Series A from five months ago which was led by Galvanize Climate Solutions with other investors of General Catalyst, Congruent Ventures, and Scott Stephenson. While we have emerged as the standard for physical climate risk data in the United States, our work is far from done. We now have our eyes set on global data coverage and bringing to life our latest scientific breakthrough through our SaaS solution. This will allow every company and government agency, regardless of their size or complexity, to harness the full power of the First Street data offering. It has been an incredible journey over the last eight years and we are only just beginning. A huge thank you to everyone on the First Street team that got us here.
