Tomorrow, Stacy will be attending the 2024 Surviving and Thriving Survivorship Symposium! Erlanger will host the event on Saturday, September 7 at Chattanooga State Community College. This educational and beneficial symposium is intended for men and women impacted by cancer, and will feature topics such as nutrition, fitness, and wellness strategies. As Stacy is celebrating five years cancer-free next week, the issue of cancer awareness and survivorship is especially close to her heart. Having the support of doctors, other high-risk cancer patients, and the entire community has been incredibly special to Stacy over these past years, and these events provide the chance for others to experience that same support. As someone who had to adjust to life without a stomach, the topics of nutrition and health are a particular area of expertise - after all, those ideas are the foundation of her whole business.
