Aircraft fuel leak repair, non-destructive testing and structural repair services that comes to your location!

About us

SEAL Aviation performs Aircraft Fuel Leak Repair, Non-Destructive Testing and Airframe Structural Repairs anywhere in the world. We believe no job is too small or too ambitious. SEAL Aviation uses a 'one stop shop' concept that allows a maintenance facility to use SEAL Aviation's capabilities of Fuel tank repair, Non-Destructive Testing, extensive parts inventory and Structural repairs together. For example, our fuel tank team can prepare the fuel tanks as the NDT team performs X-rays alongside the fuel tank technicians. If we find corrosion during the X-ray inspection, our Structural team can also assist with the repair of the corrosion. The structural team can then repair the corrosion with seamless coordination by taking advantage of SEAL Aviation's other services. By using the SEAL Aviation 'one stop shop' concept you save with less down time by having professional personnel from one company completing the entire repair.

A SEAL Aviation Structural Repair Tech removing and replacing the fuel dish probe on a Beechcraft Kingair. As you can see, this area is very difficult to reach due to the confined space. The dedication of our sheetmetal technician is on full display as he removes the old probe, fabricates a doubler and reinstalls a new probe. #engineering #timelapse #AOG #aircraft #airplane #aviation #sheetmetal #kingair

Before and after a tank wash on a Challenger. It's that time of the year again! Microbiological growth, also known as 'bacterial growth', has a tendency to appear in aircraft fuel tanks around this time of the year. Left unchecked, this contamination can cause damage to fuel system components leading to costly repairs. The key to controlling microbiological growth is early detection. SEAL Aviation can assist with detecting and removing microbiological growth, ensuring your aircraft has a healthy fuel system. #Aviation #Challenger #Aircraft

Relocated hydraulic lines on a Challenger CL-600-1A11 in Dallas, Texas. Bombardier Service Bulletin 600-0764 details relocating the hydraulic system which requires swaging of new hydraulic lines. Bombardier has issued this AD to "address the failure of one of the brake accumulator screw caps/end caps, which could result in impact damage causing loss of both hydraulic systems No. 2 and No. 3, and the consequent loss of both braking and nose wheel steering, the potential for a runway excursion, and damage to the airplane." SEAL Aviation has specialized tooling on-hand to fabricate Permaswage lines and relocate the hydraulic system. Additionally, SEAL Aviation is completely mobile and will come to your aircraft to perform this service, anywhere in the world. #Bombarder #Challenger #Aviation
