Best practice for your buyers: wire funds early! Are your buyers wiring money to us for their Closing? It's best to initiate that wire at least 24 hours before your Closing appointment. Wire transfers can get held up at financial institutions for a variety of reason, and allowing more time for that transfer to complete will ease your transaction for everyone involved. The CloudStrike outage is just one of many reasons to wire early as many banks were forced to close their doors, leaving buyers unable to wire their cash to close.
