Last week, our Chief Operations Officer Kylie Mason, RLA, LEED-AP and Civil Engineer Tanner Goodine joined Great Falls Construction and CWS ARCHITECTURE + INTERIOR DESIGN for the exciting groundbreaking of 186 Main Street in Auburn, Maine. This mixed-use, riverside property is expected to be completed in late 2025, providing modern apartments and attractive retail/restaurant spaces in the heart of Auburn. We look forward to celebrating the ribbon cutting next year!

Sebago Technics is proud to partner with the Portland Water District (PWD) on a massive project to update and accurately locate 40,000 “curb stop” service valves across their service area. Using high-accuracy GPS data, we’ll be identifying these essential water shutoff valves, many of which date back decades. This 2.5-year project will enhance PWD’s ability to respond quickly to leaks or water quality issues by precisely locating these valves, even in challenging conditions. Our work begins in residential areas and will expand to more complex locations like downtown Portland and the islands. We’re excited to contribute to this vital infrastructure effort, improving water service reliability for the community. Learn more about the project here: https://lnkd.in/g8fz_FQH
