Director Shreyas Ravi recently moderated the panel “3.5GHz Auctions & Awards – Progress & Strategies in Bringing this Key 5G Spectrum to Market" as part of the Forum Global 11th Latin America Spectrum Management Conference in Merida, Mexico.   The panel did a deep dive into the 3.5GHz spectrum's pivotal role in accelerating 5G deployment across Latin America. Delighted to be back in Beijing for China Arbitration Week! This year’s highlight was the panel co-hosted by Secretariat and Zhong Lun Law Firm on International Construction Project Management and Dispute Resolution, which I had the privilege to moderate. I want to express my gratitude to my panelists, Mr. Lijun Cao, Mr. Sun Wei, Mr. John Wang Qiang, Mr. Amit Garg, and Mr. Shourav Lahiri, for the insightful and engaging session. As part of India ADR Week (IAW) 2024, Managing Director Chaitanya Arora spoke on the “Arbitration spells innovation with an E: emergency, expedited, early dismissal, and enforcement procedures - tales and war stories” panel on 26 September. The event, hosted by AZB & Partners, focused on panelists’ experiences, learnings, and success stories with the “Es in arbitration,” and explored how these mechanisms can be leveraged to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ADR.
