This rule will be crucial for organizations aiming to comply with CMMC requirements. Key updates from the Town Hall included: - Introduction of new terminology like Organization Seeking Assessment (OSA). - Updates on the Certification Assessment Plan (CAP) and C3PAO reauthorization. - Removal of the 3-Assessment Requirement for CCAs. - Improvements to the CMMC marketplace. With a theme of “Transforming for a Complex World,” this year’s event is scheduled for Oct. 14–16 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
