I joined SNL in August of 2020. I was looking for a new career home that offered challenging work, rewarding opportunities, and a good company culture. When I started, I took over a Recruiting Department that consisted of only myself. In the time since I have created all the recruiting systems that are used today, built relationships with managers to learn their needs, and educated myself about the ins and outs of our insurance business. Working in the Recruiting Department, I am heavily entangled in the Marketing Team.
