Five private colleges — Augsburg University, the College of Saint Benedict, Concordia College, Hamline University and St. Catherine University — have been selected as Collaborative Urban and Greater Minnesota Educators of Color Grant recipients for the 2024-25 academic year. The grants are awarded to teacher preparation programs across the state to support teacher candidates of color and American Indian teacher candidates enrolled in a PELSB-approved teacher preparation program.
