Reynaldo Calzadilla serves as the Director of Engineering of SELECT Power Systems. As such, Mr. Calzadilla paves the way for robust, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for utilities and commercial clients. His consistent success in both established and new electrical industries foster a culture of resilience and modernization. Prior to SELECT, Reynaldo worked extensively in the public utilities sector, performing various roles from project manager to lead engineer. He consistently delivers projects on time and under budget while developing innovative, efficiency driven processes that are used as foundational building blocks on subsequent projects. Most recently, Reynaldo has directed EV charging department from the ground up. In this role, he performed all tasks related to engineering including identification, integration, and implementation of new technologies in the space. Reynaldo has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and has earned his MS in Electrical Engineering at University of Central Florida. Raised in the small town of Flagstaff, Arizona, Letysha now resides in Vail, Arizona with her fiancé and their 6 children. She brings with her a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and over 8 years of experience in utility electrical design. When she’s not applying her expertise to our team, Letysha enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, camping, and backpacking, and has a unique hobby of converting retired school buses into RVs with her fiancé.
