Congratulations to the crew at Bellevue 600 Phase 2, where the team celebrated the project's topping out ceremony yesterday! The project includes six stories of underground parking and a public amenity space at street level. Sellen is partnering with Seneca Group and NBBJ Design on this addition to downtown Bellevue. 🏗

Yesterday, the team at Bellevue 600 marked a major milestone with the project's topping out ceremony! Sellen is partnering with Seneca Group and NBBJ Design on this 43-story tower in the heart of Bellevue. Since the start of the project: 🏗11,630 tons of structural iron have been fabricated and erected. This is approximately the same weight as 58 Statues of Liberty. 💪9,720 tons of rebar have been placed -- the approximate weight of 3,240 pickup trucks. 👏74,000 cubic yards of concrete have been placed, which is equivalent to 22 Olympic-sized swimming pools. Congratulations to everyone who helped achieve this milestone! 🏗
