Semcac Head Start formally located in St. Charles has moved to Winona! Here at Head Start we pride ourselves on offering quality services to as many families and children in our community as possible. By moving to Winona, Head Start can now offer services to families in the St. Charles, Lewiston, Stockton, and Winona area. Rolling Hills Transit will provide bus services to families from St. Charles, Lewiston, and Stockton to the Winona location. The new location offers awesome familiar faces, in a larger classroom with all new materials, and one acre of land for outdoor play and exploration.
