The best enrollment teams take advantage of the resources within their own school communities to generate leads. Learn how to maximize sibling and referral campaigns, staff, family & alumni ambassadors and school and community events to bring in new applicants. Cory Krall spent years building the enrollment and outreach strategy for a mid-sized charter network in New York City and has supported many schools across the country by leveraging her systems, templates and best practices that lead to filling seats. She coaches staff responsible for leading this work and helps teams refine their approaches to bringing in new families.
