Is the MachineAccountQuota still set to its default value of 10 in your Active Directory domain? This setting allows any authenticated user to add up to 10 computer accounts, creating opportunities for attackers to exploit techniques like ESC1 where Domain Computers for example can enroll, yes we've seen this in real environments. Set MachineAccountQuota to 0 to prevent this. If non-admins need to join devices, delegate the necessary permissions to specific groups or accounts instead of relying on the default setting. This reduces your attack surface while maintaining operational flexibility. #TuesdayTip #CybersecurityTip
