At the Independent Lodging Congress last week in Sausalito, CA, Sensible's Peter Van Dorn led a panel on how outdoor experiences are shaping hospitality. Panelists included Vinny C. from AutoCamp and Angeli Tarsadia from Outdoor Citizen. During the discussion, Vinny shared this great insight: "What we've learned is that not only is [the outdoors] part of what we offer from an experience standpoint, but really in terms of design, what folks are looking for when they come to an AutoCamp property. So we've tweaked our design standards in terms of what amenities we have to have as part of our design criteria: Mainly pools, as we've trended and grown into more of that family-friendly, resort-style accommodation then that couples getaway boutique hotel." Thanks to everyone who joined us! Stay tuned for more insights on the evolving role of outdoor-driven hospitality experiences. #Hospitality #GuestExperience #OutdoorLiving #IndependentLodgingConference #SensibleWeather #AutoCamp
