Was your building built before 1986? It may have lead pipes. But not for long… In a new EPA rule, all lead pipes must be identified and replaced within the next 10 years. Cities like Milwaukee and Denver have already started the process with the help of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. In the last 4 years, more than 367,000 lead pipes have already been replaced. The URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC., Plaza Del Sol, build-out is moving full speed ahead! This past month, we've hit several key milestones, including installing new steel dunnage, HVAC rooftop units, and a new roofing system—crucial steps to weatherproof the building before the season changes. Inside, progress is steady with above-ceiling work wrapping up in the next two weeks. Up next, we'll be coordinating the DIRTT demountable partitions and finishes. Substantial completion is just around the corner!
