We are happy to celebrate Ann Johnson, CPM®, Senior Real Estate Manager at SENTRE! Ann manages the day-to-day operations at Lakeshore, the firm’s largest single asset in Irvine, CA. She drives the success of the SENTRE onsite team and oversees over thirty vendor partners to elevate and deliver the Class A Lakeshore experience. Ann has been with SENTRE for over 20 years sharing her invaluable experience that advances our best practices.  Ann graduated from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is an active member with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and participates in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The 228,000 SF lease will ensure the property is 100% occupied by Abbott Laboratories, a Fortune 200 company and global leader in healthcare, through 2033 at market rents. This location is a crucial distribution hub for cardiovascular equipment shipped throughout the country and overseas.
