When you come from humble beginnings, the journey to greatness is even more powerful. 🌍 Bad Bunny’s story is one that resonates with so many of us: born and raised in the small town of Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, he grew up in a hardworking family where dreams were built from grit and determination. Starting in the church choir, then crafting beats in his bedroom, he never let a modest beginning define his limits. For our community, stories like this are a reminder—our roots may be humble, but our potential is boundless. We don’t just dream for ourselves; we dream big to uplift those around us. Let’s keep pushing, breaking down barriers, and inspiring others along the way. 🌟 Reminders for our SER Familia: ✨ Don’t let your starting point define your destination. Humble beginnings build resilience. ✨Dream big and aim high – our community is a testament to strength and perseverance. ✨Stay grounded in who you are while reaching for what you’re meant to be. Our community holds the power to inspire change. Dream big, pursue relentlessly, and uplift each other along the way. About us
About SER presents the annual SER Latin@ Advisor Summit, an event created by Latin@s for Latin@s! This event brings together Latino financial services professionals to share innovative ideas and add value to each other. We will find support in each other as we each come across obstacles in our personal career journey. Whether you are deciding to take a promotion or launch your own business, having someone to share insights that can help you make our next decision is critical. Much like it takes a village to raise kids, it takes a community to build each other up for greatness. Our core values include our commitment to sharing our knowledge and experience with our community.

Huge congratulations to Hermana Paola on this amazing news!
6,000 hours in, and now it’s official! Funny enough, just a couple of months ago, my mentor Danelis asked me what I was proud of this year, and nothing immediately came to mind. She had to remind me: “Paola, you passed the CFP® exam!” And I was like, “Oh yeah, that!” It’s been an arduous journey—not just because of the material itself, but because of the dedication and consistency it required, qualities I don’t always give myself credit for. Looking back on everything I’ve accomplished this year, I realize these are achievements worth celebrating, big or small. And this one—this one is a big one, and I’m proud of it! #CFP #Milestone #FinancialPlanning #CelebratingWins

Let’s talk about failure and how it’s often seen as a setback – but what if we flipped that perspective? Jolisa reminds us that failing isn’t the end; it’s an essential step forward. Each failure brings us closer to understanding what works, refining our approach, and building resilience. Instead of letting failure discourage us, let’s view it as a step toward progress. Imagine how much we could accomplish if we embraced failure as a teacher rather than a roadblock. Anyone have insights on what failure has taught you? Join us in Chicago, September 2025, to explore more insights! Someone accidently posted this on the wrong page, I bet you can't guess who it was 😉
Being a Latino can come with challenges. We’re often judged by how we look, talk, or act. Many of us seek validation, hoping others will see our strength. But Gloria S Garcia Cisneros, CFP® reminds us: The only person who needs to see your worth is yourself. 🌟 Start each day with affirmations to change your mindset and carry yourself with belief in your own power: 1. “I am capable and worthy of my dreams.” 🌟 2. “My uniqueness is my strength.” 💪 3. “I create my own opportunities.” 🚀 Visit sersummits.com and join our mailing list for event updates! #LatinoPride #SelfWorth #Empowerment #BelieveInYourself #AffirmationsForSuccess
