Last week we had the pleasure of participating in the Workforce Development event hosted by Williams Company. The goal of this event was to introduce students to various trades and help them explore potential career paths within the construction industry. More than 100 high school students from Pasco County Schools' Construction Trade and Electricity Program participated in the hands-on experience. Our team had a great time educating the students and demonstrating mini-panel pours. Events like this are vital in sparking interest and inspiring students to explore careers they may have never considered. We’re proud to be part of shaping the future workforce!
