Yesterday Team ServiceNow UK&I welcomed nearly 300 friends and family members to our offices in both Staines and Dublin for two very special ‘Bring your family to work and Work Experience Days’! Visitors ranging in age from under 12 months to 94, joined for a day filled with fun, learning and Halloween treats. Our families groups enjoyed ghostly office tours, treasure hunts, face painting, movie clubs, afternoon tea lounge and special visits from children's entertainers including Elsa & a Pirate! For the Work Experience groups, we offered masterclasses on personal branding, LinkedIn, interview skills, and a coding workshop. We also had panels with colleagues from various departments sharing experiences of joining the corporate world, giving insights into a day in the life of their roles, and closed with a leadership panel where our leaders shared their personal experiences, learnings and advice for the 14-20yr olds in the rooms. With giving back such an important part of our culture, we wanted to ensure that this was part of the day, so we included group activities making cards and creating messages to be shared with local hospitals and care homes in our community. Being co-lead for our UK Culture Champions group is an enormous privilege, and getting to plan days like this, though wild and chaotic, are so worth it when you see families together with smiles on their faces, and you get to work with some amazing people right across the business to pull it off. N.B. - May I also just say that I am in awe of all the parents out there who basically do this on a daily basis (albeit hopefully on a smaller scale!)- I was shattered by the end of the day! Hats off to you all for the jugglers, face painters, career advisors and general love-givers that you are! 🌟 Giving Week @ India: Empowering Young Women for a Brighter Tomorrow 🌟 As a part of ServiceNow's 'Month of Service', Women at ServiceNow Employee Belonging Group (EBG) led the 'Giving Week' initiative—a global effort driven by over 70 champions in 23 cities across AMS, 8 in APJ, and 3 in EMEA—in India. Through donation drives and awareness campaigns, we’re committed to creating meaningful change and uplifting communities worldwide. In India, we collaborated with our CSR Team 🌏🤝 to promote the well-being of school-going adolescent girls in underserved communities. Over 80 volunteers came together in our Hyderabad and Bengaluru offices to pack Wellness & Hygiene Kits containing essential items to support health and education. 💙 In Hyderabad, we distributed the kits and held interactive awareness sessions on essential topics such as healthy eating, menstrual hygiene, and understanding good touch vs. bad touch—empowering girls with knowledge for a confident and healthy future. 📚✨ In Bengaluru, we successfully packed the kits and look forward to next week’s distribution and awareness session in collaboration with 'On The Same Page' 📖 ✨️ - India Book Club as part of the ongoing Book Donation Drive. Here’s a classic example of collaboration, team work and Giving back together for the Month of Service at ServiceNow   On The Same Page 📖 ✨️ - ServiceNow India Book Club teamed up with Corporate Social Responsibility team 🌎🤝 for an initiative that touched the lives of 350+ kids at ZPHS Sheriguda, a government high school in Hyderabad.   We distributed 300+ books donated by our colleagues in the Hyderabad Office, ranging from storybooks, novels, academic resources and entrance exam prep guides📚We also engaged with them in a conversation about the importance of books, education and how knowledge can shape their future. Seeing their enthusiasm reminded us of how small actions can create lasting change.   This initiative wasn’t just about giving—it was about connecting, sharing, and empowering young minds. 📚 Spreading the Joy of Reading through our Book Donation Drive! 📚 At 'On The Same Page' 📖✨ — ServiceNow India Book Club, we believe that books can inspire, empower, and transform lives. That's why we teamed up with our Corporate Social Responsibility team 🌏🤝 to organize a Book Donation Drive! Staying true to this year's 'Month of Service' theme - "Making a Positive Impact Together" - our goal was simple yet powerful: to spread the joy of reading and foster a love for learning in young minds 💡 Thanks to our colleagues' generous donations, we collected and distributed over 300 books to enrich the library at Zilla Parishat High School in Sheriguda, Hyderabad, benefiting over 350 students. Engaging with the students, sharing the importance of education, and emphasizing how knowledge can shape their futures was a fulfilling experience. From novels and storybooks to academic resources and exam prep guides, these books will serve as invaluable tools, hopefully opening doors to better opportunities 🌟 A huge thank you to our NGO partner, YOUTH FOR SEVA (YFS), for their support and to our core team — Roja, Priyanka, Shashi, Sameeha, Srikanth, and Nayana — for their incredible efforts in making this Donation Drive a reality.
