On the flip side, short-term contracts often lead to high churn and less stable income. You put in all the effort going in to then have them cancel a few months in. I was hesitant myself when we decided to implement this into our agency, plumbing & HVAC SEO, but this made all the difference in the long run and we were able to show our value throughout that first year, increasing the likelihood of renewing partnerships.
