Introducing Charlena Jones as our Counselor of the Quarter. Charlena joined SSFS in November of 2022 as a Mental Health Skill Builder (MHSB). Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) is a community and home-based service for adults, ages 18 and older, with a mental health diagnosis. MHSB enhances individuals: * True Independent living skills * Money management * Organization and Routine * Daily Living Activities * Service Coordination * Linkage to Community Resources Although many of Charlene’s cases have been challenging, she has demonstrated the skills necessary to promote growth, create hope, and build confidence during each session. Charlena is extremely professional, manages her time well, communicates effectively, and submits documentation in a timely manner. She personifies the 7 core values of SSFS and our solutions framework! A special thank you to Charlena for always going above and beyond the call of duty for her clients and her contributions that make SSFS great!
