In Remembrance of 9/11: Honoring Those We Lost Today, we pause to remember and honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001. It was a day that forever changed our nation and the world, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. We pay tribute to the innocent men, women, and children who were tragically taken from us, the courageous first responders who ran towards danger to save others, and the countless heroes who emerged in the aftermath. Their bravery, sacrifice, and resilience continue to inspire us. As we reflect on the immense loss and sorrow, we also stand united in remembering the strength and compassion that brought us together in the face of darkness. Let us honor their memory by continuing to show kindness, understanding, and unity in our daily lives. We will never forget.

Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley, PLLC recently obtained a $500,000.00 pre-suit settlement on behalf of a survivor of childhood clergy abuse in Arkansas following the recent revival of all expired child sexual abuse claims by the Arkansas legislature. The survivor was represented by Founding Partners, Mike R. Grieco and Martin D. Gould, and Attorney Nicholas Wainwright. “We are grateful to our client for entrusting us with his case and for giving SGGH the opportunity to obtain justice. We are also grateful to the legislature of Arkansas for recognizing how long it takes for survivors of abuse to come forward. As we now know, most survivors do not come forward until their mid-40s and 50’s, yet the side-effects of their abuse begin to take hold much earlier. We hope that other states will follow their lead shortly,” said Nicholas Wainwright.
