The Shamrock Company is a family owned, Quick-Service Restaurant franchisee located in Hinsdale, IL. Since 1996, Shamrock has been a top performing operator of multiple QSR concepts. Currently, Shamrock operates 35 Taco Bell restaurants in IL, IN, and WI and 4 Dunkins in MI with more growth planned in the near future through new developments and acquisitions. Shamrock also has experience operating KFC and Wingstop restaurants in the past. No matter the concept, Shamrock's mission is: To put people in a position to succeed and develop them to achieve their potential.
