We were matched with Anastasia Harouse, Aziz Yumouh, and Rebecca Hess--3 bright, curious self-starters who fit right into the Shelfmark ethos. We are grateful for their hard work and excited to turn it into features for our customers. The Sprinternship™ program is a paid, three-week, mini-internship experience for undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in tech. This immersive experience, which takes place during an academic recess, exposes students to job opportunities in tech while helping them to build a strong resume, a professional network, and the confidence to continue to pursue a career in tech. #BreakThroughTech

What better way to kick off the weekend than a Shelfmark group outing for a sneak peek at the newest Redhawk Coffee location in Uptown! The long awaited opening is set for June 1st at 1715 Fifth Ave--just a quick walk from our headquarters. We plan on becoming regulars.

The Shelfmark team recently traveled to Lancaster, PA for the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association Annual Conference. We were proud to showcase what Shelfmark's inventory visibility platform can do. Fellow attendees removed bananas and Sarris Candies chocolate bars from our table and watched as the counts changed on the Shelfmark Heartbeat Chart right before their eyes. We're excited to continue some great conversations about how valuable it is to have real, on-shelf data and the use cases across the spectrum of PFMA members. Shout out to Khanin Udomchoksakul for developing the ML to recognize and count bananas and chocolate bars.
