On the one-year anniversary of the Senate Banking Committee's passage of the SAFER Banking Act, the Congressional Budget Office released an analysis on the economic impact of the reform, estimating #banks would see insured deposits increase by about $1.5 billion, and #creditunions would see deposits grow by $125 million, in 2026.
