Impeccable agreements are a game changer. Stop wasting time, resources, and energy with unclear or broken agreements, and free up your energy for what matters. Use this guide for all agreements in your life—at work, at home, and everywhere in between: 🎯Make Clear Agreements: Be precise about WHO will do WHAT by WHEN. Ensure full commitment from all parties. 🤝Keep Agreements: Do what you say you will, when you say you will. 🫣Renegotiate Agreements: If you can’t keep an agreement, communicate and renegotiate as soon as possible. 🧹Clean Up Broken Agreements: Admit when you’ve broken an agreement and ask how you can make it right. By mastering these practices, you’ll foster accountability, trust, and efficiency. Conscious leaders who uphold impeccable agreements create environments where integrity thrives, leading to greater creativity and productivity. #Leadership #LeadershipDevelopment #Management #ProfessionalDevelopment #CareerGrowth #LeadershipTraining #LosAngeles #RaleighNC

🕵♀️ Wonder is more than just curiosity—it's a mindset. Effective leaders tap into this state, much like kids who explore the world with open-ended curiosity, asking, "Hmm... I wonder..." It's about posing questions without needing the answers right away. Curiosity in leadership is crucial for several reasons. It fosters creativity, drives innovation, and builds stronger, more empathetic relationships within teams. According to research, curious leaders are better equipped to adapt to change, engage their employees, and create a thriving organizational culture (ref. below). 🔆Here are a few wonder questions to inspire your curiosity: What can I learn from this experience? How is this familiar? What is the risk of letting this go? What's another way of looking at this? What is this costing me? Embrace wonder. Foster curiosity. Lead with an open heart and blooming mind. #Leadership #Curiosity #ConsciousLeadership #Mindfulness #ManagementTip #LeadershipTips #Innovation #PersonalGrowth #LosAngeles #Raleigh For more insights on the importance of curiosity in leadership, check out these articles: Harvard Business Review (https://lnkd.in/g8hUeBf), Stop at Nothing (https://lnkd.in/etqFHt2R), and Leaders the Grow (https://lnkd.in/eRcJcYTs) on Curiosity

🤔Ever wondered how deeply our emotions shape our awareness? A couple of weeks ago, I co-hosted an enlightened brunch. We began with 10 minutes of rhythmic breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, then moved into experiencing vulnerability and presence. I paired up this beautiful group of women from diverse backgrounds to stare into each other's eyes for 3 minutes. Tears and laughter were shared as we discussed the importance of presence and acknowledged the energy in motion (emotion) felt in our bodies. We explored the difference between emotions (reactive state, raw data from our mind - unconscious) and feelings (our interpretation and response felt in the body - conscious), which are often not appreciated, causing us to miss their wisdom. This sparked an enlightening conversation before concluding with yin yoga and a sound bath that helped us return to our present state.✨ Here are some takeaways: 1️⃣ Presence is divine 2️⃣ Community is essential, especially when exploring new experiences 3️⃣ Anger shows up to create boundaries 4️⃣ Sadness teaches us to let go 5️⃣ Joy calls us to celebrate someone or something I look forward to the next one! 🌟 #MindfulLeaders #EmotionalIntelligence #Community #PersonalGrowth #Raleigh #LosAngeles

I used to think expressing oneself was more challenging for women, especially in the workplace. But I’ve learned that critical conversations are hard for both women AND men because they require vulnerability and openness. Here are some DOs and DON'Ts for having critical conversations effectively: ✅DO: - Check your curiosity and judgments. - See the other person as an ally for your growth. - Be open-hearted and treat them as you would want to be treated. - Look for projections of your own issues. - Ask if it’s a good time for feedback. - Be unarguable and specific. ⛔️DON'T: - Avoid feedback due to discomfort. - Gather evidence of their faults. - Avoid conflict or dismiss the person. - Be overly critical or manipulative of the outcome. - Overgeneralize or be too wordy. - Pretend nothing is wrong. Learning to speak candidly benefits everyone by addressing issues that could derail creativity and collaboration. Feedback is a gift that helps us understand our impact on others. It's what allows us to reach self-realization✨! Curious to learn more? DM me and I'll send you resources on how to navigate critical conversations. 😊 #Leadership #Communication #Feedback #Teamwork #WorkplaceCulture #HowTo #NewManagerTips #Raleigh #LosAngeles #Remote #EQ

How do you appreciate your colleagues and teams? We often get caught up in tasks and forget that success relies on our people. Research consistently shows that employee appreciation has a significant positive impact on both retention and productivity. 1. Reduced Turnover: Recognition programs can lower voluntary turnover by 31%. 2. Increased Engagement: Regular praise boosts job satisfaction and commitment. 3. Enhanced Productivity: Acknowledging efforts increases overall performance. 4. Improved Culture: Recognition aligns efforts with company goals and fosters a positive work environment. Here’s a challenge for your week: Share an appreciation with someone you work with. 1. Give appreciation face-to-face. 2. If not, give it over the phone or video. 3. Leave a voicemail if you can't reach them live. 4. As a last option, send an email, text, or Slack/Teams message. Appreciation ideas: - I appreciate how you take responsibility for ___. - I appreciate the way you help our company stay in integrity by ___. - One way in which you have grown that I appreciate is ___. By being specific, you encourage colleagues or team members to continue their positive actions. Integrity is more than just doing the right thing or conforming to a moral or ethical code; it's about achieving and protecting your energetic wholeness⚡. Here's how: 1️⃣ Energy Management: Ensure your life force flows freely for true engagement and sustained effectiveness. Be impeccable with your agreements with others and yourself—do WHAT you say you'll do and WHEN you'll do it, or renegotiate. 2️⃣ Congruence: Align your inner experiences with your outer expressions. It takes energy when leaders don't fully express their feelings, thoughts, wants, and desires. 3️⃣ Alignment: Have a clear and compelling purpose. Know if you're on purpose at any moment, and ensure your energy is passionately aligned to fulfill it. When integrity is compromised, it blocks energy, causes disengagement, and derails purpose. Maintain energetic wholeness as a leader for an organizational culture that is alive, engaged, on purpose, creative, clear, and refreshed. 🌟What does integrity mean to you?
