Our product velocity at String has been awesome the last few months 💨. I'm really proud of the impact these updates are making on ShipStation users! A couple examples of some new features and their impacts. #1: 🚨Delayed shipment alerts. String users are getting ahead of customer complaints by receiving daily emails with alerts about what shipments have delays or issues. #2: 📜 Detailed shipping exports. String users can export a csv with tons of data about things like shipping prices, transit times, and service level details. They're using this to get refunds on late deliveries, understand how long it takes for customers to receive their orders, and negotiate better rates.
