Shophouse Park plans to develop 480 River Park Circle in Marquette, MI into a mixed-use property, strategically positioned to serve the entire vertical value chain of the outdoor recreation and mobility industry. From innovator to end user, multiple live/work buildings or “Shophouses will be strategically positioned across 3.44 acres and will serve individuals and companies creating new products and experiences for the outdoor recreation industry.
Shophouse Park will draw on rural and urban resources to attract companies from around the world driving the electrification of the outdoors.
This is a placemaking project with the goal of blending the natural setting and existing trails with economic growth opportunities, housing solutions, business attraction and retail services. The property is uniquely positioned at the confluence of commercial and recreational activity and serves as a four-season multimodal trail corridor.
It's been a busy couple of months and I feel incredibly fortunate to be working with Merrell and Jeep on this special project.
Phase 1- Customize and up-fit Jeeps
Phase 2 - Create a route, and guide an overlanding adventure from Marquette to Las Vegas
