Oahu Winners: Roxanne Hayashi, a proud Pearl City High School graduate, has been with Roberts Hawaii for 10 years. After joining the HR team two years ago, she discovered a passion for HR, earning her BS in HR Management and SHRM-CP credentials in April 2024. She's eager to continue growing in her HR career. Monique Gazdik, Senior People Operations Manager at Column in Honolulu, focuses on recruiting globally talented people. Originally from Niagara Falls, NY, she found her HR passion in Honolulu, aligning people and companies in mission-driven settings. Janelle Y. is the People Operations Assistant at CW Associates, CPAs, where she promotes a positive workplace culture. She’s also on the board of Aloha United Way’s Society of Young Leaders, helping build a strong community of young professionals in Hawaii.
