Silver State Home Health Care is a Medicare Certified Agency that is accredited by ACHC, which provides coordinated and comprehensive health care to individuals who meet the criteria for admission to services, such as home bound. Silver State Home Health services can contribute to the health and well being of you and your caregiver, help restore you to your prior level of health and/or function, prevent costly and inappropriate admissions/re-admissions to hospitals, make a possible early discharge from hospitals or nursing homes, and contribute to the health education of you, your spouse, your family and your caregivers. Under physician orders we can provide Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Social Services, Registered Dietitian, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and CNA services.
