Simatree had an exciting Week 1 to kick off its Fantasy Football season! Here were the top storylines from Week 1: -Commissioner Griffiths' reached a settlement after accusations of Draft Order Tampering, agreeing to give up one day of her #UnlimitedPTO to each team owner. -Daniel's 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐷𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐶𝑟𝑜𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑠 fell just a point short of defeating 𝑀𝑖𝑙𝑒𝑠 𝑀𝑎𝑔𝑛𝑖𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑇𝑒𝑎𝑚, which began its 2023 title defense with a victory. -After auto-drafting, 𝐶𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑒'𝑠 𝑇𝑒𝑎𝑚 and Mellissa's 𝑀𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑇𝑜𝑢𝑐ℎ𝑑𝑜𝑤𝑛𝑠 each started off with a win, as the #WomenofSimatree represent 3 of the top 4 in the rankings, including Commissioner Griffiths. -The top 3 ranked teams after the draft, according to ESPN, fell to 11th, 12th, and 8th place, respectively, proving that draft grade's mean nothing relative to a team's heart (see Figure below). Settle in folks. We have 17 weeks to go!
